A Business Blessing: Most of Your Priorities Are Just Noise.

Most of Your Priorities Are Just Noise, Deafening Your Business Sensibilities

Oh hello.

During my cognitive cluttering this morning, I was pondering how busy brains should decide what to shine their lights onto.

I was wondering if my rocket-fast brain may not have too many things to do. Perhaps the problem is that I’ve just not separated the rocket thrusters from the decorative noise.

Naturally, I got distracted and Googled rocket thrusters. I found out that the main thrusters provide power in one main direction. The smaller movements are achieved with gimbaling and reaction control systems.

But there’s no point in using the little controls if the big thrust doesn’t do its job. You don’t want to wiggle-waggle before you thrust.

Perhaps we need to get the big thrusts and direction sorted before the noise and wiggle-waggles.

Some things need your rocket fuel now. Other things need to be left on the launchpad in the darkness.

So, today’s question is: Which of the noises are you attending to while your thrusters rocket you in the wrong direction?

Not every buzz deserves your rocket fuel.

And before you go, here is your business blessing for today:

May the thankful theme of thrust be the right rocket for you, and not the booted foot of a belligerent, boasting bigot.

Or something.

Anyway, have a stupendously fabulous day, you magnificent busy brains.

Smile seraphically.

Blissful. Serene. Innocent. Angelic.
